The Central SNPMB Monitoring and Evaluation Team Reviews the Implementation of UTBK-SNBT at ISI Bali

The Central Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Team of the National Selection Committee for New Student Admissions (Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru, SNPMB) conducted an on-site review of the Computer-Based Written Examination for the National Test-Based Selection (Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer Seleksi Nasional Berbasis Tes, UTBK-SNBT) at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Bali (ISI Bali) on Wednesday (April 22). This activity took place at the Design Hub Building of ISI Bali, which serves as one of the official UTBK examination centers for 2026.
The Central SNPMB Monev Team was represented by R. Urip Purwono, Ph.D., Psychologist. Upon arrival, the team was welcomed by the Rector of ISI Bali, Prof. Dr. Wayan “Kun” Adnyana; the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and Information Systems, Prof. Dr. AA Gde Bagus Udayana; the Head of the Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI), Dr. Made Bayu Pramana; the Head of the ICT Unit (UPA TIK), Agus Ngurah Arya Putraka, M.Sn; the Head of Academic Affairs, Ketut Adi Sugita, M.M.; along with members of the UTBK-SNBT organizing committee at ISI Bali.
The monitoring and evaluation activities were conducted on the second day of the UTBK-SNBT implementation, specifically during sessions three and four. The team began their inspection at the UTBK-SNBT secretariat room on the first floor, followed by visits to examination rooms 1A through 1D on the same floor, and continued with inspections of examination rooms located on the third and fourth floors.

During the monitoring and evaluation process, the team ensured that all aspects of the examination were conducted in accordance with established procedures and standards. Key areas of assessment included the availability and reliability of electricity supply, the stability of internet connectivity, the condition of computer equipment used by participants, and the adequacy of supporting facilities in each examination room.
In addition, the team evaluated the examination entry procedures, including identity verification, screening using metal detectors, storage of personal belongings, and the seating process within examination rooms. The condition of the server room was also carefully reviewed to ensure optimal system performance without technical disruptions.
R. Urip Purwono, Ph.D., Psychologist, representing the Central SNPMB Monev Team, stated that the monitoring and evaluation activities form part of a broader quality assurance effort for the implementation of UTBK-SNBT across all examination centers. “Thus far, the implementation of UTBK-SNBT at ISI Bali has proceeded smoothly. No irregularities have been identified, and the facilities provided are adequate,” he noted.
Meanwhile, the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and Information Systems of ISI Bali, Prof. Dr. AA Gde Bagus Udayana, expressed appreciation for the monitoring and evaluation conducted by the Central SNPMB Committee. He emphasized that such activities play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and credibility of UTBK-SNBT implementation at ISI Bali.
“This monitoring process is highly beneficial in ensuring that all procedures comply with national standards. We are committed to delivering the best possible service to participants so they can undertake the examination in a comfortable and conducive environment,” he stated.
Based on the positive monitoring results, ISI Bali remains committed to maintaining consistent service quality as a UTBK-SNBT examination center, while supporting the implementation of a transparent, accountable, and high-quality national selection process.
For reference, ISI Bali has once again been designated as one of the UTBK-SNBT examination centers for 2026. The UTBK at ISI Bali is conducted centrally at the Design Hub Building from April 21 to April 27, 2026.
Over the seven-day examination period, ISI Bali serves a total of 3,608 participants across 13 examination sessions. To support the implementation, ISI Bali has prepared 10 computer laboratories equipped with a total of 330 computer units.
A total of 289 faculty members and administrative staff are involved in the implementation, occupying various strategic roles such as monitoring and evaluation personnel, server administrators, room IT technicians, room supervisors, invigilators, healthcare personnel, technical administrators, and electrical technicians. Tim Monitoring dan Evaluasi (Monev) Panitia Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (SNPMB) Pusat melakukan peninjauan langsung pelaksanaan Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer Seleksi Nasional Berbasis Tes (UTBK-SNBT) di Institut Seni Indonesia Bali (ISI BALI), Rabu (22/4). Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Gedung Desain HUB ISI BALI sebagai salah satu pusat pelaksanaan UTBK tahun 2026.
Tim Monev SNPMB Pusat yang hadir diwakili oleh R. Urip Purwono, Ph.D., Psikolog. Kedatangannya disambut oleh Rektor ISI BALI Prof. Dr. Wayan ‘Kun’ Adnyana, Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik dan Sistem Informasi Prof. Dr. AA Gde Bagus Udayana, Ketua Satuan Pengawas Internal (SPI) ISI BALI Dr. Made Bayu Pramana, Kepala UPA TIK Agus Ngurah Arya Putraka, M.Sn, Kepala Bagian Akademik Ketut Adi Sugita, MM, serta jajaran panitia UTBK-SNBT ISI BALI.
Kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi dilaksanakan bertepatan dengan hari kedua pelaksanaan UTBK-SNBT, pada sesi 3 dan 4. Tim Monev memulai peninjauan dari ruang sekretariat UTBK-SNBT di lantai satu, kemudian berlanjut ke ruang ujian 1A hingga 1D di lantai yang sama, serta meninjau ruang ujian di lantai tiga dan empat.

Dalam proses monev, tim memastikan seluruh aspek pelaksanaan ujian berjalan sesuai prosedur dan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Beberapa hal yang menjadi fokus peninjauan meliputi ketersediaan pasokan listrik dan kestabilan jaringan internet, kondisi perangkat komputer yang digunakan peserta, serta kelengkapan fasilitas penunjang di setiap ruang ujian.
Selain itu, tim juga mengevaluasi alur masuk peserta ujian, mulai dari proses pemeriksaan identitas, pemindaian menggunakan metal detector, penyimpanan barang bawaan, hingga peserta menempati tempat duduk di ruang ujian. Kondisi ruang server turut menjadi perhatian guna memastikan sistem berjalan optimal tanpa kendala teknis.
Tim Monev SNPMB Pusat, R. Urip Purwono, Ph.D., Psikolog, menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi ini merupakan bagian dari upaya penjaminan mutu (quality assurance) pelaksanaan UTBK-SNBT di seluruh pusat ujian. “Sejauh ini, pelaksanaan UTBK-SNBT di ISI BALI berjalan lancar. Tidak ditemukan hal-hal yang menyimpang, dan fasilitas yang digunakan sudah memadai,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik dan Sistem Informasi ISI BALI, Prof. Dr. AA Gde Bagus Udayana, menyambut baik pelaksanaan monev dari Panitia SNPMB Pusat. Ia menegaskan bahwa kegiatan ini menjadi bagian penting dalam menjaga kualitas dan kredibilitas pelaksanaan UTBK-SNBT di ISI BALI.
“Monitoring ini sangat membantu kami untuk memastikan seluruh proses berjalan sesuai standar nasional. Kami berkomitmen memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi peserta agar dapat mengikuti ujian dengan nyaman dan lancar,” ungkapnya.
Dengan hasil monitoring yang menunjukkan pelaksanaan berjalan baik, ISI BALI terus berupaya menjaga konsistensi mutu layanan sebagai pusat UTBK-SNBT, sekaligus mendukung terselenggaranya seleksi nasional yang transparan, akuntabel, dan berkualitas.
Sebagai informasi, ISI BALI kembali menjadi salah satu Pusat UTBK-SNBT Tahun 2026. Pelaksanaan UTBK di ISI BALI berlangsung secara terpusat di Gedung Desain HUB pada 21-27 April 2026.
Selama tujuh hari pelaksanaan, UTBK di ISI BALI melayani 3608 peserta yang terbagi ke dalam 13 sesi ujian. Untuk mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan, ISI BALI telah menyiapkan 10 laboratorium komputer dengan total 330 unit perangkat komputer.
Dalam pelaksanaannya, sebanyak 289 dosen dan tenaga kependidikan ISI BALI dilibatkan. Mereka bertugas di berbagai posisi strategis, mulai dari petugas monitoring dan evaluasi, admin server, teknisi IT ruang, penanggung jawab ruang, pengawas, petugas kesehatan, admin teknis, hingga teknisi listrik. Selain itu, pelaksanaan UTBK juga didukung oleh petugas keamanan dan kebersihan untuk memastikan lingkungan ujian tetap kondusif.(ISIBALI/Humas)
