( Dinas Kebudayaan Provinsi Bali ) dan Dr. I Made Adi Surya Pradnya,S.Ag.,M.Fil.H ( IHDN Denpasar ) pada jum’at 25 september 2015 di Gd.Natya Mandala ISI Denpasar , akhirnya berjalan lancar dan sukses, terimakasih untuk semua pihak yg telah membantu.

Duende , berasal dari bahasa Spanish yang artinya “suatu kekuatan misterius dari seni yang dapat mengubah orang” adalah Ide dan Konsep yang di usung oleh HMJ Prodi Desain Mode, Fakultas Seni Rupa Dan Desain, ISI Denpasar kali ini.
Fashion&Art Festival ini di selenggarakan untuk menginspirasi orang banyak, dan di kemas dengan konsep festival. hal ini di lakukan agar setiap orang yang datang ke Festival ini menikmati acara dan bersenang – senang. acara yang sasaranya adalah generasi muda ini, memiliki harapan agar anak muda lebih menyayangi dirinya sendiri, sehingga timbul rasa percaya diri. Ketika rasa percaya diri tumbuh, mereka tidak akan mengintimidasi orang lain yang terlihat berbeda dari mereka.
Acara Duende Fashion&Art Festival ini di buka resmi oleh Dekan Fakultas Seni Rupa Dan Desain Dra. Ni Made Rinu, M.Si . Ibu Dekan FSRD Dra. Ni Made Rinu, M.Si, menyampaikan hal yang sangat positif terhadap acara yg di selenggarakan oleh HMJ Prodi Desain Mode ini . acara ini di harapkan menjadi acara tahunan dengan konsep dan ide yang lebih matang dan menjadi wadah para generasi muda untuk tetap berkreasi, ucap Ibu Dekan FSRD ISI Denpasar.
Berlokasi di areal parkir Fakultas Seni Rupa Dan Desain Isi Denpasar (18/9) Pukul 15.00 – 21.00 Wita. Acara ini di isi dengan berbagai jenis kegiatan yaitu:
- Talk show by : Kristian Kharisma & Esha Satrya,
- Live Music by : Kaset kulcha , Bayu Cuaca & Suara Senja ,The Scientist, Yuniorika & The Brat Bois , Pygmy Marmoset
- Live Painting by : Andre Yoga , D.A.S
- Fashion show by : Nassgorju , Damn Awesome, Cocraparis, Kristian Karisma , Love Thug , Dynamite, Garage-D, Fashion Design 12,13,14
- Bazaar : Food, Accessories, Clothing, dll
Beberapa pengisi acara lainnya pun ikut serta memeriahkan Duende Fashion & art Festival ini, antara lain Teater Rubiks dari SMA Harapan Denpasar, yang menyuguhkan pertunjukan teater yang di kemas dengan konsep modern, klasik,energik,dengan sentuhan drama yang sangat menghayati , yang menyita mata para audience di sekelilingnya. dan ada juga persembahan Kontemporer Dance Dari HMJ Prodi Tari yang memang tidak di ragukan lagi gerakan badannya yang sangat mengagumkan.
Stand – stand bazzar pun tak kalah menarik minat pengunjung , mulai dari accecories, t-shirt, kuliner , kecantikan, dan masih banyak lagi. dan yang paling penting stand – stand tersebut menjual produk- produknya dengan harga bazzar, selain Festival ini menjadi tempat untuk menjual produk – produk yang mereka tawarkan, Festival ini pun menjadi tempat mereka untuk memperkenalkan produk mereka kepada pengunjung yang hadir pada acara ini.
Antusiasme para pengunjung pun di rasakan saat salah satu band pengisi acara memeriahkan malam puncak acara Festival ini. Dan acara ini di tutup dengan rasa bahagia para pengunjung yang telah hadir memeriahkan acara Fashion & Art Festival ini, Ucap panitia Acara Duende.

Abstract
Realizing that communication in Bahasa for foreign speakers is significant, especially for Darmasiswa students who study at ISI (Institut Seni Indonesia/ The Indonesian Institute of the Arts) Denpasar, this paper is aimed at discussing the way learners can master Bahasa easily, in addition to describing the importance of mastering Bahasa itself.
Communication is defined as the exchange of ideas, messages, or information by speech, signals, or writing. Without communication, class would not function. When communication is thorough, accurate, and timely, the process of learning tends to be vibrant and effective.
Learning Bahasa easily can be conducted by joining a class of bahasa Indonesia. ISI Denpasar offers class or course on learning Bahasa (Indonesian language) for foreign speakers. The program is known as BIPA which stand for Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing.
I.INTRODUCTION
This paper is aimed at describing the significance of communicating in Bahasa for foreign speakers, especially for the students of Darmasiswa RI program who study at ISI ( Institut Seni Indonesia/ The Indonesian Institute of the Arts) Denpasar. There is a proverb: “who uses words well is at home anywhere”. It means that understanding and mastering the language of the country where we stay will give many benefits, and help in facing the days beautifully. Understanding the language, in this case bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian language) will be fun when learners feel its importance and significance.
Fisrt of all, let us discuss about why mastering Bahasa is significant. Mastering Bahasa is a need for Darmasiswa students. Bahasa plays an important role for foreign speakers in attending classes even though the class interactions are sometimes conducted in English, but there are many technical terms in Bahasa that should be understood by the students. The students should learn Bahasa. Otherwise, the process of learning will be running unsmoothly. Besides, by mastering Bahasa, the students will be able to communicate with the society more easily.
In connection with the significance of mastering Bahasa, there are two problems of interest to be discussed pertaining to the steps of mastering it. The problems under concern are as follows:
- Why is communication significant?
- How to learn Bahasa easily?
II.ANALYSIS
2.1 Why is Communication Significant?
Communication is defined as the exchange of ideas, messages, or information by speech, signals, or writing. Without communication, class would not function. When communication is thorough, accurate, and timely, the process of learning tends to be vibrant and effective.
Communication is central to the entire learning process for three primary reasons:
- Communication is a linking process of studying . Communication is the way teachers and students conduct the studying-learning process. Communication is the heart of all organizations.
- Communication is the primary means by which people obtain and exchange information. Decisions are often dependent upon the quality and quantity of the information received. If the information on which a decision is based is poor or incomplete, the decision will often be incorrect.
- Information and communication represent power. Learners cannot do anything constructive in a class unless he or she knows what is to be done, when the task is to be accomplished, and who else is involved. Those who have this information become centers of power.
Through communication, people exchange and share information with one another and influence one another’s attitudes, behaviors, and understandings. Communication allows people to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, listen to others.
2.2 How to Learn Bahasa Easily?
Bahasa/ language is the system of words or signs that people use to express thoughts and feelings to each other. Language is any one of the systems of human language that are used and understood by a particular group of people. (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary).
Besides, Macmillan (2002:787) also states that language is the method of human communication using spoken or written words
Learning Bahasa easily can be conducted by joining a class of bahasa Indonesia. ISI Denpasar offers class or course on learning Indonesian language for foreign speakers. The program is known as BIPA which stand for Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing. The course addresses various skills of bahasa Indonesia language such as speaking, listening, writing, and reading. The program is organized as three level course, namely elementary level is for those who has minimum skills or has no previous experience on bahasa Indonesia. An intermediate level is for those who already pose basic skills of bahasa Indonesia and wish to be able to communicate in various typical situation using bahasa Indonesia. An advanced level is the last level of the course and designed for those who wish to achieve high literacy skills in Bahasa.
III. CONCLUSION
Communication is significant because communication is central to the entire learning process. Language is a means of communication. In general, when students want to learn Bahasa, they have to start from understanding words, sound changes in complex words, words-forming processes, affixes, phrases, clauses, and sentences before building a speech.
