Denpasar, April 2026 — The Bali Institute of the Arts (Institut Seni Indonesia/ISI Bali) has once again demonstrated a commendable achievement through the outstanding performance of its Civil Servant Candidates (Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/CPNS) in the 2026 Basic Training Program (Pelatihan Dasar/Latsar) for Grade II and III, Cohort IX. The program was attended by 43 participants from Udayana University and ISI Bali. In this program, organized by the Bali Provincial Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM), three participants from ISI Bali successfully secured the top three ranks.

The implementation of the CPNS Basic Training Program was based on the Decree of the Head of BKPSDM Bali Province Number B.30.800.2.4/110/UPTD.PKSDM/BKPSDM dated January 19, 2026, as well as the Assignment Letter of the Head of the Bureau of General Affairs and Finance of ISI Bali Number 5175/IT5/KP.01.05/2026 dated April 17, 2026. The program was conducted from Tuesday to Wednesday, April 21–29, 2026, at UPTD PKSDM BKPSDM Bali Province, located on Jalan Hayam Wuruk No. 152, Denpasar.
The training program encompassed a series of activities, including the reinforcement of learning materials from Agenda 1, 2, and 3 delivered by certified instructors (Widyaiswara), seminars on actualization reports attended by examiners, mentors, and instructors, as well as the official closing ceremony led by the Head of BKPSDM Bali Province, Drs. I Wayan Budiasa, M.Si.
In this program, ISI Bali participants demonstrated exceptional competence through innovative and applicable actualization projects within the context of arts education institutions. The awardees are as follows:
