• To provide education in the fields of arts, design, culture, digital innovation, and other relevant disciplines with strong character, excellence, and a global reputation.
• To conduct research in the fields of arts, design, culture, digital innovation, and other relevant disciplines, producing outcomes that are recognized both nationally and globally.
• To carry out community service in the areas of arts, design, culture, and digital innovation that is relevant and beneficial to society.
• To develop governance of the organization, assets, and resources that is excellent, transparent, efficient, accountable, and reliable.
  To establish academic and non-academic collaborations with the global education and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
