A lecturer specializing in realist, modern, contemporary sculpture, and Balinese ornamentation. He began his artistic education at the Denpasar School of Fine Arts (SMSR), then pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Sculpture at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design (PSSRD) and a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies—graduating with distinction (Cum Laude)—from Udayana University. He has actively participated in both virtual and on-site exhibitions at local and national levels, including Surya Segara Rupa, SPIRIT, Bali Dwipantara Adi Rupa, and Bali Padma Bhuwana IV. His notable works such as Triguna, Pengabdi, Murda Estetik, and Bajang Colong have been granted copyright certificates by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. In 2024, Mustika was officially certified as a professional sculptor by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).

I Dewa Putu Gede Budiarta, S.Sn., M.Si., earned his Bachelor’s degree in Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design (PSSRD) and his Master’s degree in Cultural Studies from Udayana University. His expertise lies in painting, particularly in landscape, classical, and Balinese ornamental art. He received an Achievement Award as a Distinguished Painter from Sumerta Kauh Village, Denpasar. Dewa Budiarta actively participates in art exhibitions and conducts research on Balinese artists and the role of art in Balinese spirituality. Additionally, he frequently serves as a judge in various art competitions at city and provincial levels. His research includes “The Paintings of I Made Budi in the Perspective of Cultural Studies” and “Jaje Bebangkit as an Embodiment of Offerings Containing Aesthetic Values.”

I Made Ruta was born on December 31, 1962, in Kenderan Village, Tegalalang, an area renowned for its woodcarving tradition. Growing up in this environment, he developed a strong artistic skill in carving, which later inspired him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Painting at ASRI/ISI Yogyakarta, followed by a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies at Udayana University and a Doctoral degree at the Indonesian Hindu University. Ruta is an active artist and researcher who has participated in numerous exhibitions. Since 2021, he has served as the Coordinator of the Community Service Center at LP2MPP ISI Bali. Previously, he was Head of the Painting Division (2000–2003) and Coordinator of the Fine Arts Program (2004–2008). In 1985, he received the “Pratisara Affandi Adhi Karya” Award from STSRI/ISI Yogyakarta for his artistic achievements.

Prof. Dr. Drs. I Wayan Karja, MFA, is a Professor of Fine Arts originating from Penestanan Village, where he was raised among the renowned Young Artist painting community. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from PSSRD, Udayana University, followed by a Master of Fine Arts from the University of South Florida. He later continued his studies at the European Graduate School in Switzerland and completed his Doctoral degree at the Indonesian Hindu University. His notable research includes “Balinese Cosmology: Visualization of Pangider Bhuwana Colors in Contemporary Painting” and the publication “Lim Chong Keat and the Young Artists of Penestanan of Ubud, Bali” in the Southeast of Now Journal. Karja has received various recognitions for his artistic and academic contributions, including The Nakasone Yasuhiro Award in Tokyo, Japan.

I Wayan Gulendra was born on December 31, 1960, in Gianyar and has been passionate about drawing since his junior high school years. He pursued his education at SMSR Denpasar, focusing on painting, and later earned his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, followed by a Master’s degree in Art Creation and Studies from the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta. His expertise encompasses sketching, classical and modern painting, as well as art and cultural studies. Gulendra has conducted research on creative processes and models of artistic creation in visual arts and documentary film. In addition, he has authored several textbooks for the Fine Arts Study Program. He also served as Vice Rector III of ISI Denpasar from 2015 to 2019, contributing significantly to academic and institutional development.

I Wayan Kondra was born on August 10, 1966, in Gianyar and has studied the Ubud painting style since childhood under the guidance of his father. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from PSSRD and a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies with a concentration in Aesthetics from Udayana University. His expertise encompasses traditional wayang painting, classical and modern art, as well as art and cultural studies. Kondra has exhibited his works in various cities across Indonesia and abroad, including Australia and Thailand. His research includes art preservation and artistic creation, such as “Melasti as a Source of Inspiration in Painting” (LP2MPP ISI Denpasar, 2023) and natural color exploration, including “Banana Heart Sap Experiment” published in the Journal of Social Science, Ridwan Institute (2024).

I Wayan Mudana, a native of Silakarang, Gianyar, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from PSSRD, followed by a Master’s degree in Tourism Studies and a Doctorate in Cultural Studies from Udayana University. His areas of expertise include wayang painting, classical art, and tourism studies. He has been actively involved in the development of tourism art products utilizing limestone waste through casting techniques. His research focuses on Wayang Kamasan painting, exploring its transformation across different eras. His doctoral dissertation, titled “The Transformation of Kamasan Wayang Painting in the Postmodern Era,” examines these evolving artistic expressions. Mudana has also authored “Desa Gilda dan Profil Seni Lukis Wayang Kamasan” and designed “Produksi Kultural Seni Lukis Wayang Kamasan Kemasan Massa.”

Ni Made Purnami Utami, born on January 2, 1969, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Painting from PSSRD and her Master’s degree in Ergonomics from Udayana University. Her areas of expertise include nirmana (visual composition), sketching, batik painting, and Balinese ornamentation. She has served as Coordinator of the Fine Arts Study Program (2015–2018) and as Vice Dean II of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design (2018–2022). Purnami is actively involved in developing art learning materials for elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels. Her works have been exhibited in various national art events such as the Griya Perempuan Art Event and Bali Megarupa. She is also frequently appointed as a judge in drawing, coloring, and painting competitions at both city and provincial levels in Bali.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from STSI Denpasar (1996), a Master of Fine Arts from the School of Art and Art History, University of South Florida (2004), and a Doctorate in Artistic Creation from the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Denpasar (2024). His areas of expertise include Sculpture, Media Exploration, and Installation Art. Jodog actively conducts research on creative processes, such as “The Art of Planting Rice as a Meditative Practice.” As an artist, Jodog has held seven solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions both nationally and internationally. Among the awards he has received are the Las Damas De Arte Award and the Second Place Outstanding Lecturer Award from ISI Denpasar. He is currently serving as Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, and General Affairs at ISI Bali.

I Gede Jaya Putra was born in Bali on September 8, 1988, and currently resides in Seminyak, Bali. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Denpasar, focusing on contemporary art creation, and now serves as a lecturer at his alma mater. In 2016, he had the opportunity to undertake an art residency at the Institute of Contemporary Arts Singapore (LASALLE). Since 2006, he has been actively exhibiting his works, including participation in the Manifesto Exhibition at the National Gallery of Indonesia (2022), as well as exhibitions in Thailand, Singapore, Poland, Kazakhstan, and Australia. He held his first solo exhibition in 2013.

He has received several awards, including being selected as a Finalist for the UOB Painting of the Year (2022), with his work exhibited at the Museum MACAN, and a Finalist for BaCAA (2024). His research explores various methods and processes in artistic creation.

Commonly known as Gung Bayu, he was born in Padangtegal, Ubud, on January 15, 1998. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Denpasar in 2020, followed by a Master’s degree in Fine Arts Studies at the same institution in 2022. He currently serves as a lecturer in the Fine Arts Study Program at ISI Bali and is pursuing his Doctoral studies at the same university.

He actively participates in various art exhibitions, including those held at the Puri Lukisan Museum and Monkey Forest. In addition to his artistic practice, he occasionally teaches painting classes for children and accepts commissions for realist paintings.

Alumnus Masters in Global Arts di Goldsmiths University of London, UK dan Seni Rupa Murni Lukis di Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar. Ia aktif sebagai praktisi penulis dan kurator seni rupa. Ia pernah bekerja sebagai kurator untuk Ketemu Project, Cemeti Institute untuk Seni dan Masyarakat, Gurat Institute, Rupa Bali, Ruang Arta Derau, dan Nonfrasa Gallery. Ia pernah menerbitkan buku bersama ISI Bali, Pusaka Seni Rupa, Warmadewa Research Center, Komunitas Budaya Gurat Indonesia, dan Routledge. Ia juga pernah menulis artikel untuk Cush Cush Gallery, Artlink Magazine Australia, Singapore Art Museum, dan ASEF.

Commonly known as Jung TY, he began his art studies in 2001 at the Department of Art and Design, Udayana University, and later pursued a Master’s degree in Artistic Creation at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Denpasar in 2011. Specializing in art creation, Jung TY has exhibited his works at Griya Santrian, Sanur (2023); the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) in 2024; and at the P2DSD Dissemination Exhibition held at Indie Art House, Yogyakarta (2024). He is also actively involved as a mentor for the Tridatu Bali Painting Studio, and has served as a supervisor for the National Student Art Competition (FLS2N) — specifically in the Story Illustration category at the national level (2013–2014) and the Expressive Drawing category (2025).

I Wayan Adi Sucipta, S.Sn., M.Sn. completed his Master’s degree in Artistic Creation at the Graduate School of the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Denpasar, graduating cum laude and earning the distinction of Second Best Graduate in the 2019 Master’s Degree Convocation. He has a strong interest and expertise in the creation of fine art. His works have been actively exhibited in collective exhibitions at local, national, and international levels across various museums, galleries, and art spaces in Bali, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Malang, Semarang, and China. In addition to his artistic practice, he is actively engaged in research and writing. Among his scholarly contributions are participation in compiling the book “Directory of Woodcrafts in Ubud District” (2024) and authoring a textbook titled “Still Life Painting: Techniques and Appreciation” (2025).

Edy Semara Putra completed his Bachelor’s degree in Art Education at Makassar State University in 2013, and subsequently pursued a Master’s degree in Art Studies at the Graduate School of the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta through the BPPDN Scholarship Program, graduating in 2016. He began his academic career as a permanent lecturer in the Tourism Study Program at STAH Dharma Sentana, Central Sulawesi (2016–2024), and in June 2024 joined the Fine Arts Study Program at ISI Bali as a civil servant lecturer. During his tenure at STAH Dharma Sentana, he served as Head of the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (2018–2019) and Head of the Research and Community Service Unit (2019–2024). In addition to teaching and art-making, he is actively involved in research in the fields of art and tourism, book writing, and community service initiatives.

I Made Bendi Yudha was born on December 25, 1961, in Denpasar. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and later pursued a Master’s degree in Artistic Creation and Art Studies at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta. Since his student years, he has actively participated in exhibitions across various countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Japan, Australia, France, the United States, and China. Bendi’s expertise lies in sketching as well as classical and modern painting. He has received several honors, including the Denpasar City Cultural Award (2009) and the Dharma Kusuma Award from the Provincial Government of Bali (2019). His academic work includes research on creative processes and models of artistic creation in Balinese spiritual representation, as well as community engagement projects such as “The Cosmology of Water: From the Mountain to the Sea.” From 2006 to 2014, Bendi served as the Vice Dean II of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at ISI Denpasar.

Luh Budiaprilliana, also known as Aprillia or Lia, was born on April 13, 1993, in Denpasar. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art Education from Ganesha University of Education (UNDIKSHA) Singaraja in 2015 and completed her Master’s degree in Artistic Creation at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Denpasar in 2017. She teaches painting, sculpture, art history, and digital art. Lia is the founder and chairperson of Griya Perempuan Art Event, a national movement for women artists in Indonesia. She has been actively exhibiting since her time at the Vocational High School of Fine Arts (SMSR) in Batubulan, Gianyar—now known as SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. Since 2012, in addition to creating artworks, she has also been actively involved in art curation, writing, and creative media initiatives.

Syarah Syam Amir, S.H., M.H. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Hasanuddin University and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Indonesia. She is a lecturer in the Fine Arts Study Program, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Bali. Among her academic achievements are being recognized as the Best Graduate at both the Faculty and University levels at Hasanuddin University, and winning Third Place in the National Population Writing Competition. She has also served as a member of the drafting team for the Academic Manuscript and Regional Regulation Bill on the Development of Pancasila Ideology and National Insight for the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of South Sulawesi Province. Actively engaged in research and writing, she has published national and international journal articles and authored books titled “The Evolution of Law in the Digital Era” and “Language as a Bridge of Culture.” She is also frequently invited as a speaker in various academic seminars.
