Study Program
Description
The Music Study Program at ISI Bali was established on April 4, 2013, with a strong commitment to developing music education that integrates both local and global perspectives, in alignment with the institution’s vision and mission. This program not only emphasizes musical competence but also equips students with skills in multimedia, computing, and digital technology relevant to the needs of the creative industries and the professional workforce.
Supported by qualified faculty members with expertise in their respective fields, the Music Study Program fosters focused and innovative research in the development of music studies. Furthermore, the program collaborates with various partners, including music companies, maestros, schools, and training institutions at both local and national levels.
Through internships, independent projects, teaching assistance, entrepreneurship, and research within the framework of the Kampus Berdampak program, students are provided with opportunities to develop their professional and creative capacities in real-world working environments.
Upon completion of the program, graduates of the Music Study Program are awarded the academic degree of Bachelor of Arts (S.Sn.).

Graduates of the Music Study Program can pursue careers as Professional Musicians, Educators, Researchers/Analysts, Music Experts and Writers/Journalists, Music Mentors, Music Entrepreneurs, as well as Administrative Staff in the music sector.
Graduates of the Music Study Program have broad career opportunities across various fields. They can excel as Professional Musicians, performing and creating works within the national and international music industries. Additionally, they are equipped with the skills to become Educators in both formal and non-formal educational institutions, as well as contribute as Researchers, Analysts, or Scholars who explore the theoretical, historical, and cultural aspects of music.
Their writing skills and critical thinking abilities also open pathways to roles as Music Experts or Writers and Journalists in various media outlets. Graduates may also serve as Music Mentors within communities or institutions and develop their own enterprises as Entrepreneurs in the music industry. Moreover, they can assume positions as Administrative Staff in governmental agencies or organizations related to the development of arts and culture.
